Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Delivery Manager to join our team at RBC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects across our Finance IT Data Delivery platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of project/program managers to deliver initiatives using Agile and Iterative Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope, and budget.
  • Champion strong program governance and execution assurance processes, integrating project plans at a program level.
  • Communicate cross-functionally, ensuring transparency of progress and outcomes.
  • Remove impediments to deliver outcomes and results through proactive management of external dependencies.
  • Continuously seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability for results.
  • Develop and manage the detailed schedule, identify early warning indicators, and provide direction for early resolution of risks.
  • Oversee financials and staffing levels to efficiently meet project delivery requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of Agile Project Management and/or Senior-level Scrum Master experience.
  • PMP Designation with Certified Scrum Master/Coach.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile Project Management workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage projects with third-party vendors and significant technology components.
  • Advanced knowledge of the change management and risk management.
