Senior Program Delivery Manager for Finance IT Data Delivery Services

As a seasoned program manager, you will lead a team of project managers to deliver multiple projects across the Finance IT Data Delivery platform, leveraging Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the project delivery function for the Finance IT Data delivery services group, ensuring business goals and objectives are met within approved time frames, scope, and budget.
  • Develop and manage detailed schedules, identify early warning indicators, and provide direction for early resolution of risks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve deliverables, and build and present reporting for management-level presentations.
  • Ensure completion of risk assessments and identification of contingency plans, and coach the scrum team to apply appropriate processes to create successful products.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of Agile Project Management and/or Senior-level Scrum Master experience, with advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and other Project Management tools and methodologies.
  • PMP Designation with Certified Scrum Master/Coach, and advanced knowledge of Agile Project Management workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage projects with third-party vendors and significant technology components, and advanced knowledge of change management and risk management.
