We are looking for a skilled and professional individual to provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate complaints and claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Resolve complaints and claims in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Process room reservations, take cancellations, and make changes as needed.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about local points of interest.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and submit related forms as required.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures at all times.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Possession of a valid passport.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Additional Information

This role requires the ability to work on-site, with no option for remote work. Bondable candidates are preferred.
