H+ Day Spa Inc. is seeking a skilled Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to clients and visitors
  • Direct clients to our service areas and provide basic information as needed
  • Process client information and schedule appointments
  • Send invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
