At the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, we're building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world. We're seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our Financial Crimes Technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Complex Technology Projects: Design strategic solutions involving multiple back-end systems aligned to our enterprise architecture roadmap.
  • Support End-to-End Project Implementation: Collaborate with application development, engineering, architecture, and other technical teams to create and build flexible, innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business and Technology Partners: Gather complex technical/solution requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure project needs are met.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: In a Business Systems Consultant role leading projects and designing solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable working with data, back-end systems, and having a technical background with strong business acumen.
  • Agile SDLC: Experience in managing the product backlog and utilizing agile approach.
