Job Title: Attendant, Steam Room

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Attendant, Steam Room to join our team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Attendant, Steam Room will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience in our steam room facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Deal with public and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform services specific to the establishment, including taking, canceling, and changing room reservations.
  • Receive and deliver items and messages for guests.
  • Provide customer service and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
