Bid Response Specialist

Key Responsibilities

As a Bid Response Specialist, you will drive new business and the 'win rate' by positioning unique value propositions to potential and existing customers. You will lead qualification and response strategy for all formal bids including RFP/RFQ/RFI's. You will also collaborate with sales teams and supporting departments using solid communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.

Key Skills

  • Post-Secondary Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technology industry
  • 2+ years of demonstrated project coordination experience
  • 2+ years of coordinating cross-functional teams both local and remote
  • Public sector bid response experience highly preferred
  • Time management and organizational skills in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment
  • Possess exceptional leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate ability to execute efficiently and effectively
  • Strong writing skills
