Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ace Business Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including evaluating daily operations, answering telephone and electronic enquiries, and providing customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and identify areas for improvement.
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the creation of a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees by providing diversity and cross-cultural training.
  • Support the creation of a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers by providing cultural competency training and awareness.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.

Work Environment:

This is a permanent position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
