We are seeking an AI Innovation Strategist to join our team at Unreal Gigs. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of AI technology and driving business growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with experience in product management and strategy. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of AI-powered products that meet user needs and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Product Vision and Strategy:
    • Develop and articulate the product vision for AI-driven solutions, aligning it with business objectives and market opportunities.
    • Craft the product roadmap, ensuring that AI features and capabilities deliver high value to customers.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
    • Guide teams to deliver AI solutions that are practical, scalable, and impactful.
  • AI Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Lead the full lifecycle of AI product development, from ideation and concept validation to launch and iteration.
    • Define key performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure that the product meets business and customer goals at every stage of its lifecycle.
  • Translate AI Capabilities into User Benefits:
    • Bridge the gap between complex AI technologies and end-user needs by translating technical capabilities into clear product benefits.
    • Work to ensure that the AI models, algorithms, and solutions deliver meaningful results for users.
  • Market Research and User Feedback:
    • Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify unmet needs and opportunities for AI-powered innovation.
    • Evaluate product roadmaps based on data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Oversee Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategies:
    • Work with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to plan and execute successful product launches.
    • Create compelling messaging around AI-driven features and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Monitor and Optimize Product Performance:
    • Continuously monitor product performance, gathering data to understand how users interact with AI features.
    • Analyze user feedback and optimize products based on real-world results.
Requirements
  • Required Skills:
    • Ai and Machine Learning Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
    • Product Management Expertise: Proven experience in product management, with a track record of taking AI or data-driven products from concept to launch.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data and user feedback to inform product development decisions.
    • Collaboration and Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
    • Market Research and Customer Focus: Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to drive product innovation.
  • Educational Requirements:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience Requirements:
    • 3+ years of experience in product management, with hands-on experience managing AI or machine learning products.
Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
