Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to attract top talent;
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to reach a wide audience;
  • Screen applicants and advise them on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment;
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews;
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill various roles within the company;
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates;
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers;
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures;
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures;
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment processes;
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and human resources;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and systems.

Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
