About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive business results. As a Senior Property Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property, including tenant relations, guest experience, and property administration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention
- Lead and direct property teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including financial and operational data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
- Act as a liaison between property departments to ensure clear and consistent communication
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as real estate or business
- 5+ years of experience in commercial property management, with a focus on tenant relations and guest experience
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
