About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Property Manager to oversee our operational team, including Reception & Administration and Guest Experience. You'll be responsible for:

  • Tenant / Guest Relations:
    • Respond to and address daily inquiries from tenants and guests regarding property policies and procedures;
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, tenants, and employees;
    • Effectively manage tenant relationships and coordinate efforts with tenants before, during, and after tenant changes or construction projects;
  • Guest Experience / Employee Engagement:
    • Lead and direct property teams to ensure duties are aligned with property objectives;
    • Conduct regular property inspections and facilitate employee engagement programs;
    • Act as a liaison between property departments to ensure clear communication;
  • Property / Office Administration:
    • Respond to escalated legal and receivables issues and coordinate activities with other departments;
    • Support the management office and provide mentorship to the Reception Administrator role;
    • Coordinate financial matters with the Senior Manager, Portfolio Administration;
  • Reporting:
    • Provide guidance and coordination for budget preparation and forecasting;
    • Support the accurate entry and analysis of leasing budgets and quarterly forecasts;
    • Collaborate with Leasing to provide market share and sales projections data;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • 5 years of industry experience in commercial property management;
  • Industry designations considered an asset;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience as a people leader managing a team;
  • Proven financial skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office;
