Senior Property Manager, Square One

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team at Square One. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, secure, and meet the needs of our tenants.
Key Responsibilities- Manage tenant relationships, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead and direct property teams to ensure that they are aligned with property objectives and national programs.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the property is maintained to a high standard.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and employee engagement, ensuring that our property is a welcoming and inclusive space for all.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement corporate initiatives and ensure that they are aligned with property objectives.
- Provide guidance and coordination to all aspects of the multi-year budget preparation and regular forecasting, including a sustainable operating budget and capital plan.
- Bachelor's degree with a focus in real estate or a related business field.
- 5 years of industry experience in a commercial property management role.
- Industry designation(s) considered an asset (i.e., RPA, CSM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience as a people leader managing a team.
- Proven financial skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
