About the Role
The Senior Property Manager will oversee a large operational team, including Reception & Administration and Guest Experience. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the upkeep of the property, ensuring an efficient alignment of site-level resources, and collaborating with internal stakeholders on corporate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relationships, respond to inquiries, and address issues related to property policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, tenants, union, and non-union employees.
- Lead and direct property teams in completing their duties, ensuring alignment with property objectives.
- Conduct regular property inspections, facilitate employee engagement, and champion hospitality programs.
- Act as the liaison between property departments, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate or a related business field.
- 5 years of industry experience in commercial property management.
- Industry designations, such as RPA or CSM, considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience as a people leader managing a team.
- Proven financial skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
