Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 1 month of experience in a fast-food environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and you must be able to maintain tight deadlines while providing excellent customer service.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000-$40,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
