Job Title: Director, Corporate Development and Support Services

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Director to join our team at oilandgasjobsearch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural gas processing, liquefaction, and cryogenic processing, with a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the engineering support for the terminal, including process engineering, integrity engineering, controls engineering, and electrical engineering.
  • Oversee the design and execution of future projects to increase production levels, improve maintenance troubleshooting, decrease production interruptions, and enhance maintenance productivity.
  • Direct the activities and approve all actions to maintain and enhance the plant's equipment and facilities, including engineering techniques to affect improvements in equipment reliability and corrosion control.
  • Assure through subordinate positions that maintenance planning, scheduling, long-term maintenance certification, and inspection activities, including condition monitoring and major overhauls, are enacted.
  • Coordinate with internal and external engineering in all operational projects and new developments, from conception to completion, in line with budgets and on-time scheduling.
  • Assure through subordinate positions that budgets and schedules to meet financial targets are abided.
  • Assure through subordinate positions that the terminal's predictive maintenance program for equipment is maintained and kept up to date.
  • Engineering technical authority.
  • Issues weekly site engineering report.
  • Weekly coordination meeting.
  • Manages weekly team meetings and maintains action register.
  • FERC engineering site contact.
  • Signs off on PSSR.
  • Manages completion of PHMSA IA technical input.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years combined maintenance and plant engineering experience in LNG Plant and/or petrochemical/gas, including a minimum of 3 years engineering supervisory experience.
  • Experience in LNG liquefaction facilities highly preferred.
  • FERC experience a must.
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation or supervision of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Broad knowledge of budgeting, planning, scheduling.
  • High level of HSE knowledge.
  • Superior personnel management, interpersonal skills, communications, and organizational skills.
