About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at Pankh Investments Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in food service management and will be able to lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality food and beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and respond promptly to any customer complaints or issues.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and co-ordinate the preparation and service of food and beverages, ensuring that all standards of quality and presentation are met.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other areas as required.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve inventory control.
  • Workplace Health and Safety: Identify and mitigate hazards in the workplace, and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities in relation to health and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Café
  • Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules, train staff in job duties, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, team player.
What We Offer
