Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience)


Job Description:



  • We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Management Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food service team.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality food products to our customers.
  • You will supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train them in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage is also an essential aspect of this role.
  • In addition, you will supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
