Woodworking Artisan Leader

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Woodworking Artisan Leader to join our team at SUN STAR KITCHEN CABINETS LTD.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

As a Woodworking Artisan Leader, you will be responsible for supervising other workers and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will also instruct apprentices and study plans, specifications or drawings of articles to be made.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Instruct and train apprentices in woodworking techniques
• Supervise the work of other woodworkers and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
• Study plans, specifications or drawings of articles to be made, including trim joints and fit parts together
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

**Requirements:**

• 2+ years of experience in woodworking or a related field
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
