Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, promoting a culture of respect and accountability, and ensuring the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service and Sales Growth: Provide exceptional customer service and support sales growth by working closely with the store team, sales representative, and regional management team.
- Culture and Team Management: Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork, and help recruit and train team members to ensure their health and well-being.
- Financial Management: Manage the store budget and take necessary steps to continuously improve financial results.
- Operational Compliance: Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.
- Management Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a management position with financial performance responsibility.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Diploma in business administration or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingualism: Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be working frequently with internal customers across Canada.
