About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at 4Sight Search Solutions Inc. as a Promotional Products Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Servicing: Work closely with our President to provide exceptional service to large international clients, including Samsung, Manulife, Beacon Roofing, LG Electronics, Centimark, and more.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor demand and analyze inventory data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs, as well as website control.
  • Quotations and Presentations: Prepare quotations and presentations for clients, both virtually and in person.
  • Inside Sales: Handle inside sales responsibilities by responding to customer inquiries and maintaining good relationships with customers, vendors, and logistics.
  • Order Management: Place orders for various products and follow up to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Data Management: Maintain effective and accurate storage of data, both electronic and physical filing (as needed).
Requirements
  • Education: University degree or College diploma in Business (or related) is an asset.
  • Experience: 3+ years of promotional, marketing, print industry, ad agency, or graphics experience is required.
  • Account Management: 1-3 years of related account management or customer service experience is important.
  • Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). This will be assessed.
  • Language: Strong command of the English language is a must. Bilingual (English / French) is an asset.
  • Personal Qualities: Ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Sales and customer service minded with great energy. People person. Flexibility to work with changing priorities.
