Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Analyze and resolve technical problems using troubleshooting techniques and technical documentation
- Develop and implement solutions to recurring technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve customer support processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with computer systems, hardware, and software
