Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyze and resolve technical problems using troubleshooting techniques and technical documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve customer support processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with computer systems, hardware, and software
