A competitive salary range for this position is estimated to be between $65,000 and $85,000 per year.

About the Role:

The Site Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of building systems at Ainsworth. This individual will conduct routine assessments of building systems, perform tests, and analyze data to ensure proper functioning. They will also operate and maintain non-critical equipment such as refrigeration, heat exchangers, HVAC, electrical, hot water systems, and other mechanical and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of various building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of system performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal operation.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including replacement of parts and repair of equipment.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or system malfunctions.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of repairs, maintenance, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of building systems.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in building operations, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
