Key Responsibilities
  • Interview Patients: Conduct thorough interviews with patients to obtain accurate case histories.
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and confirm appointments with patients, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Manage Insurance Claims: Process and complete insurance claims, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely submission.
  • Maintain Filing Systems: Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Order Supplies: Procure and maintain inventory of necessary supplies, ensuring a well-stocked office.
  • Prepare Reports: Enter and format medical reports and correspondence, preparing spreadsheets and documents for review.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of patient records and information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
