We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team at The Coca-Cola Company. As a key member of our Scientific and Regulatory Affairs team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of our products with regulatory requirements and advocating for our business interests in the scientific and regulatory community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage scientific and regulatory expertise to influence new product innovation and drive business growth.
  • Manage regulatory issues related to products, ingredients, and labeling, and provide expert advice to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in policies, regulations, and nutrition science that could impact our business.
  • Protect The Coca-Cola Company's trade secrets and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, or a related field is mandatory. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of work experience in the beverage or food industry in scientific and regulatory affairs or relevant related fields.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the regulatory and political landscape affecting food and beverages.
  • Experience in international food standard-setting processes and reviewing and analyzing proposed standards.
