We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team at The Coca-Cola Company. As a key member of our Scientific and Regulatory Affairs team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of our products with regulatory requirements and advocating for our business interests in the scientific and regulatory community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage scientific and regulatory expertise to influence new product innovation and drive business growth.
- Manage regulatory issues related to products, ingredients, and labeling, and provide expert advice to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in policies, regulations, and nutrition science that could impact our business.
- Protect The Coca-Cola Company's trade secrets and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, or a related field is mandatory. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of work experience in the beverage or food industry in scientific and regulatory affairs or relevant related fields.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the regulatory and political landscape affecting food and beverages.
- Experience in international food standard-setting processes and reviewing and analyzing proposed standards.
