Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Compliance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Compliance Manager to join our team at The Coca-Cola Company. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks
- Provide scientific and regulatory expertise to support business growth and innovation
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in policies, regulations, and nutrition science
- Protect The Coca-Cola Company's trade secrets and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in scientific and regulatory affairs or related fields
- Comprehensive understanding of current food regulations in Canada and the US
- Advanced understanding of the nature, properties, effects, and detection of toxic substances in food
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Range: $108,000 - $126,000
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15
