Overview

As an Industrial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building strong relationships with business clients and negotiating sales contracts. Your expertise will help drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • • Arranging training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • • Planning and controlling budget and expenditures to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • • Collaborating with the marketing department to develop effective marketing strategies
  • • Establishing organizational policies and procedures related to sales
  • • Leading the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing sales contract negotiations
  • • Organizing regional and divisional sales operations to maximize efficiency
  • • Recruiting, organizing, training, and managing staff to achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector
  • • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and engage the sales team
  • • Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet performance targets
  • • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
What We Offer
