Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, preparing and cooking meals, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate menu development, ensuring dishes meet our quality and presentation standards.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage supplies effectively.
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Cook.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
