Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing, reconciling, and auditing bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees. You will also perform remittances related to payroll, make changes and additions to group insurance premiums, and prepare special off-cycle payroll runs for bonus and stock options.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, reconcile, and audit bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees.
- Perform remittances related to payroll.
- Make changes and additions to group insurance premiums when required.
- Prepare special off-cycle payroll runs for bonus and stock options.
- Manage time banks, sick leaves, vacations, and unpaid absences in connection and in support of the Finance team.
Requirements
- ACP or PCP Course required.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Bilingual (an asset).
- Experience working with WFN (an asset).
