Léad the Department of Management at LCI Éducation, a leading institution in teacher education. As Dean, you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the department's action plan, aligning with the College's strategic plan. You will lead a team of program coordinators, faculty, and student coordinators, and be accountable for the pedagogical, operational, administrative, and financial management of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the department's action plan, ensuring alignment with the College's strategic plan.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, or evaluation of the success plan and institutional policies.
  • Establish partnerships to enhance the School's positioning.
  • Lead the human resources of your team, setting priorities and providing a framework to achieve objectives.
  • Manage the life cycle of the School's curricula, including development, implementation, evaluation, updating, and harmonization.
  • Sit on the Executive Committee, Study Committee, and Pedagogical Committee, and participate in the Team Leaders' Committee.
  • Ensure the quality of training as a whole, in collaboration with the Director of Studies.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of departmental programs, including enrollment, re-enrollment, pass, and graduation rates.
  • Plan and manage financial resources allocated to the department.
  • Carry out mandates entrusted by the general management or research department.
Requirements
  • Hold an undergraduate degree.
  • Graduate studies in education or a related field are an asset.
  • Experience in teacher education.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Management experience in a unionized environment.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) oral and written.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in management areas.
