Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Teriyaki Madness. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth operation and high standards of quality.
- Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets to meet the needs of our customers and exceed their expectations.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
