Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Beakschicken. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop our kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for new kitchen staff to ensure we have the right people on board.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
