Your Role

  • Ensure that products are properly loaded, secured, and shipped to the correct customer in the correct quantity.
  • Maintain adherence to shipping procedures, blocking and bracing, and transportation guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of shipping and material SAP transactions.
  • Improve overall efficiency of warehouse activities, including 5S housekeeping projects.
  • Coordinate with affected groups, including laboratory, labeling, planners, and logistics providers.
  • Provide oversight on logistic regulations and compliance with standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Support safety-related activities, including safety huddles, incident reviews, and Gensuite.
    • Monitor and oversee issues involving equipment, such as forklifts, label printers, scanners, and shrink wrapping equipment.

About You

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
  • Preferred 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
  • Logistics experience is a plus.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • MS Office software is preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Willingness to obtain Haz Mat (DOT, IATA, ICAO, IMDG) Certification. Training will be provided as needed.
