Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Plates & Bowls Limited.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Basic security clearance
- Fast-paced environment

The work site environment is noisy and hot. The work setting is a food service establishment.
