Food Service Manager

Hero Certified Burgers is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Food Quality: Ensure that food meets quality control standards, including food safety and handling procedures.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain records of stock, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the dining area.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and other departments.
