Food Service Manager

ONTARIO INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we meet our quality control standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that we are operating within our financial means.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Permanent employment
- 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
