Food Service Manager

Plates & Bowls Limited is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and walking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic security clearance.
- Work in a noisy and hot environment.
- Work under pressure, with tight deadlines.
- Efficient interpersonal skills.
- Team player.
English.
Work Schedule:35 to 45 hours per week.
