Project Management Director for Utility Solutions

Metergy Solutions, a pioneering submetering provider, is seeking an exceptional Director of Project Management Office to lead our high-growth journey. With over 15 years of experience in delivering turnkey solutions, we help clients effectively manage utility consumption.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational capabilities to oversee the PMO team and drive business initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing technical and non-technical business programs to meet organizational goals.
- Leveraging project management best practices to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and goals.
- Leading organizational transformation projects, such as systems upgrades and new market entry initiatives.
- Guiding Agile teams and organizations to optimize Scrum & Kanban practices.
This role requires a PMP designation and a minimum of 7 years of successful project management experience in the utilities industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large enterprise-wide transformational projects, knowledge of MS Project or Sciforma project tracking, and extensive experience in managing project budgets and timelines.
We offer a competitive estimated salary of $145,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
