Job Title: Administrative Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and payroll administration
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and commission systems and components
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Relocation costs not covered by employer

Working Conditions:
