Job Summary

We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Reitmans. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving store objectives, leading a team of sales associates, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives and sales targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Ensure a high level of store appearance and maintenance
  • Monitor and control store expenses and inventory levels

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
