Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at CaseMogul Phone Repairs. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of sales workers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales reporting, and customer relations. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient sales processes.
  • Assign tasks and duties to sales workers, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintaining accurate stock records and ordering merchandise as required.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
  • A strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales reporting, and customer relations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
