At CREMCo Labs, we are seeking an exceptional Director of Operations and Strategy to lead our team. This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Business General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, driving strategic growth and ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Allocate resources: Utilize expertise to allocate material, human, and financial resources effectively, aligning with organizational policies and programs.
  2. Establish departments: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, promoting a structured and efficient work environment.
  3. Coordinate teams: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving collective success.
  4. Policies and programs: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  5. Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, delegating representatives as necessary to act on behalf of the company.
  6. Select personnel: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions to drive performance.
  7. Quality assurance: Develop quality management and quality assurance standards, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Requirements:

  • Supervision: Lead a team of 16-20 individuals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and development.
  • Functional expertise: Possess professional or technical accreditation, demonstrating expertise in the field of microbiology.
  • Area of experience: Leverage international experience, particularly in areas related to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and medical specialization in microbiology.
  • Work conditions: Demonstrate ability to work independently, under pressure, and with tight deadlines, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Personal suitability: Exhibit accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, teamwork, values, and ethics, initiative, and proactivity.
  • Experience: Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
