Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job duties and responsibilities.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
