Lead Martial Arts Instructor and School Manager

At OMAC World Class Martial Arts, we are committed to delivering a world-class Taekwondo experience that fosters personal growth and self-improvement in our students. As we continue to expand our presence across the GTA, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Martial Arts Instructor and School Manager to join our team.
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading classes as part of our afterschool and evening class memberships, as well as executing ancillary revenue programs such as demonstration teams, competition teams, color belt testing, and birthday parties.
About the Role- The successful candidate will have an advanced belt in a traditional style and must be able to display patience and positivity with students of all levels.
- They will be responsible for learning the OAMC curriculum by participation in the OMAC Academy and leveraging OMAC resources to develop marketing initiatives that drive membership sales.
- They will participate in community events to drive awareness of the new location and trial classes, collaborate with ownership on final opening milestones of the school, and recruit and onboard school staff.

OMAC World Class Martial Arts Canada was founded by Grand Master Hyung Chul Kim, a pioneer of North American Taekwondo, over 50 years ago. We are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for our students to learn and grow.
Schedule and LocationThis role requires the ability to commute or relocate to Durham Region, ON. The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday and have a reliable means of transportation.
