Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Title Officer to join our team. As a Junior Title Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of title documents, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review title documents, including searches and underwriting guidelines, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Complete requests for insurance and other documents within established service level agreements.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer service and support.
- Perform daily quality control checks to ensure adherence to audit guidelines.
- Assist with reports, filing, and data entry as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the financial and/or legal environment is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
