Job Title: Junior Title Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Title Officer to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Junior Title Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our title search and review process.

Responsibilities:
  • Review documents via email to identify discrepancies for Title Officers
  • Provide customer support via email with Lenders/ Brokers/ Lawyers
  • Develop internal and external partnerships to enhance the overall customer service experience
  • Work independently on a day-to-day basis
  • Search Canada-wide discharge documents (exception: Quebec)
  • Assist with reports, filing, and data entry as required
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Real Estate transactions
  • Experience utilizing Terraview and Terranet
  • Ability to read Canada-wide title searches
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in the financial and/or legal environment is considered an asset
  • Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
  • Possess strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities within a busy office environment
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Salary: $36,000
  • 5% AIP
