Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Work with project supervisors and managers to coordinate work activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Supervise and train workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Perform tasks such as driving, operating heavy equipment, and handling materials
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in road construction or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and working in a dusty environment
