GFL Environmental is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the branch in Kitchener, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the branch, including company communications, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize files, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Assist in other office functions as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2-year degree in business-related field and 3 years' experience in an administrative capacity or equivalent combination.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain appointment as Notary Public.
