Job Summary

This role provides critical support to the Vice President of Loan Administration, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of customer information databases. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining records in various applications, including DMS, CMS, and Debt Domain, and will work closely with the VP to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customer documents and records are up-to-date and accurate in each application.
  • Review and monitor renewal of Canadian PPSA, registration liens, Certificates of Insurance, and other security documents.
  • Manage DMS and CMS, ensuring logical indexing and safeguarding of documents.
  • Upload customer records, such as credit agreements and corporate account documents, in a timely manner.
  • Follow instructions from the VP to load documents or reports in Debt Domain.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum 5 years of related corporate banking experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
