Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Maze Food Corporation O/A Fresh Burrito is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Staff Management: Hire food service staff, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
